Dry Hair:

level the key is to increase the hair’s ability to attract and retain moisture. This is accomplished by
using moisturizers. Good ones have "humectants"
that not only replace lost moisture but actually attract
moisture and retain it in the cortex of the hair.
Tips for Frizzy Hair

every 6 to 8 weeks. This will stop split ends from
splitting up the hair shaft and causing hair to frizz
out.
